beloved Tigger has went to his new beloved home~~

he has left for awhile now. sorry for the late update.

last few pictures taken before the left us..

sis and Tigger.

sorry for the blur tigger.

well, things are going on well so far. they said that Tigger is settling in prety well, with the other dog and the family. (: that's great news.

guess he is following maya (the daughter) around and playing around with midnight ( the other dog). (: i trust that Tigger will be happy there.

thank God for blessing Tigger with a nice home. ^^ hope things will go on well forever. may God continue blessing Tigger. (:

we love you Tigger! we'll miss you too!

we love you darling! (: thanks for the memories.

hope to see you soon. (:

just uploaded some pictures from my phone to my comp. which is finally. :)

had a birthday party of kimchi and kopper. pictures are uploaded on facebook by bobby. they are nice. :) the beauty of a photographer. haha..

had a.. nice time i should say.. :)

both prince and Tigger ate a lot. -.-

and they came home with a round stomach.

this is kind of the nicest picture of tigger. "who says cross breeds can't look pretty / handsome like pure breeds?" ^^ i totally agree. :D

this is one of my favourite picture in my phone.. but that was awhile ago.. tigger is a big boy now.. ><

he is even taller than prince!! making prince seem so small... >< if only he could remain as a little puppy. :P where he look so innocent and cute and chubby. ^^ but of course it's impossible. they will just be memories and pictures. :)

tigger may be going soon... i don't know if i should be happy. :D :x cause when he leaves the house will be less in a mess and i don't have to clear up after him. -.- but if he goes the house will be so quiet and we will miss him.. i'm sure prince will.. i wonder how prince actually really feels...

i have not posted for awhile, sorry..

brought prince and tigger to east coast park yesterday. both of them behaved well, they did not run off even when we let their leash off and let them walk where ever they want to. tigger will go to you when you call. :)

it's the first time seeing his stomach being so big! he ate A LOT. till he didn't want to eat anymore. haha. hope they enjoyed themselves.

The wonderful thing about tiggers

Is tiggers are marvelous chaps!
They're loaded with vim and vigor
They love to leap in your laps!
They're jumpy, bumpy, clumpy, thumpy

Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun!
But the most wonderful thing about tiggers is
I'm the only one
..
Lyrics : Robert & Richard Sherman from "The Tigger Movie under Pooh and Friends"
..
Little Tigger has grown handsome and taller but still a sweet little boy. He loves playing with his chewies and chasing his foster kor kor Princy around. Just like korkor he also likes to look at hamsters and guinea pigs without hurting them. His ears have stood up, or rather, one is up and one is still floppily down. He does look goofily cute with one ear up and one ear down as if beckoning us to take yet more photos of him, before they fully become upright ears.

Tigger is such a goody with people and during a recent gathering among friends, he was the soul and life, as he was passed from hands to hands, everyone oohing and awwingg at him and queuing to cuddle this docile little boy who is so very mild and even tempered. He stands proudly to guard his home when kor kor is not around, then hides below a table to sound his barks, supposedly not sure if he should or should not, mmmm. What a laugh ! It is hilarious to hear 'wuffing' from below the table and yet cannot see the dog. And when kor kor is around, he stands a step behind to give support and encouragement when kor kor barks, but not a sound from little Tigger, just egging on as a bystander - looking.

He has learnt his toileting habits well and has a marvellous appetite. Everything is appreciated by him, no remnants left as the food bowl is licked clean Once we went visiting with food for an impromtu mini party and much later, found comical little Tigger sitting patiently and quietly all alone at the back with his eyes fixed on his empty bowl, as if waiting for us to remember him in our jolly repast. This is the kind of joy and laugher Tigger brings his fosterers each day. Yes, he is loved dearly and if the fosterer could keep him, they will but they can't and the next best thing is to let him go to a home who loves him just as much.

If you have room for a little 3+ month brindle male boy, please email us at alim0703@yahoo.com.sg or send an SMS to 8128 9792.  Viewing can be arranged for our little tigger cub.  Please be mindful that Tigger is not HDB approved as he will grow into a mid size dog although his frame is very small.

tigger's ears have stood up! BOTH! (:

my family brought Prince and Tigger to east coast park yesterday in the morning.

we didn't do much or swim much but each of the dogs had their chance of swimming. :)

Prince didn't really want to swim so i carried him in and let him swim for awhile. once, i leashed him by his quite loose collar and somehow he didn't want to go to the sand and came off his collar and attached a man sitting nearby. i don't know why he did that, we were so shocked but luckily nothing much happened. i think Prince has weird mood swings. :)

as for tigger, he acted just like Sandy. crying and "screaming" in the water wanting so much to get out of the water and he was holding me tight like.. the water will do something bad to him and he can't touch it. :) but he still swam and experienced swimming in the sea.

pictures are in my phone and i don't have the USB to post the pictures, so, just imagine the scene. :D

i too brought cappuccino and latte there. left them at the grass nearby, they got some attention but not much. lala didn't move much, maybe just a few steps or so? but cupcup was running all over the place but she was a good girl because she will come back to her 'original spot' and not run away. the only trouble was when we had to catch her, she was running away from us not let us catch her but eventually she caught her. :)

we enjoyed ourselves and will look forward to more of such events. :)

tigger tigger tigger

ARGH!!! this is my 3rd time rewritting this words! i don't really wish to write again! but, i think i should put my anger aside and write AGAIN.

tig tig tigger is still looking for a home, will you provide it to him?

tigger has been a really cute and adorable boy. jumping around, playing with prince.

and now he is quite used to us going out without him although he will be there to send you off. :)

do not judge a book (dog) by its cover. tigger's colour may not be very nice but it's the character that counts, although he makes you angry at times, we will bring you joy too. and that's the best part.

he seems to be getting along well with small animals, becase he got to 'interact' with my guinea pigs, cupcup and lala. he didn't want to attack them or anything. he even gave lala a kiss on the mouth. :) and lala seemed to have given a shock look. that was a nice memory!

he has grown obviously, taller and bigger but not very much fatter. his ear has stand, ear and not ears because only one has stand. :) i suppose he will grow up that way, having only one ear up. unique ya? ok.. not very much. but still a little.. :P

tigger still has his baby needle like teeth. yuck, because it's so sharp. :D but soon he should be dropping them. he is already around 4 months plus, time flies.

he has not finished all of his vaccination, so he is not suppose to walk downstairs. BUT, i still let him walk a little once in a long while when my sister walks prince with me. he will stay near you and go to you when you call, but catching him again is another problem because the more you go nearer to him to more he will wonder off. :) only when he stop to smell something or what so ever, you will have 100% chance to catch him. :)

i'm sure he will love you and play with you everyday. sleep with you at night, comfort you and most of all, bring "life" to your home. ^^

so please.. give him a home he call his.

thanks~ with much love. :)

Little Tigger

As far as we know, sadly, Tigger is the only one of the litter not caught. He lives on to carry the legacy of his mama and siblings and bears his beautiful and unusual stripes bravely and boldly. He has been to a vet for a check up and vaccination and declared healthy. Tigger is well behaved and docile with a great temperament.

Unaware of his near demise, little Tigger sleeps in perfect contentment and plays with gusto at his fosterers' home. We pray for a good home for brave little Tigger that he may see only happy days for we owe it to his mama to ensure his future, being the only survivor of his litter.

Tigger just bathed just now. cried cried cried. it's his 3rd time bathing. :) just like San San. cry and cry and cry. *shakes head* ha ha.

are puppies all the same? thin, crazy, only think about FOOD? well, that's what i see in the two pups that i have had. :)

tigger is growing out of his puppy look.. :( one can never stay the same FOREVER. soon he will become a big boy in a home he call his. :)

he has not learnt to bark when someone is at the door. i don't know if it's good or bad.

bad - will not be able to watch your/ the door.

good - not noisy. ^^

prince and tigger has became good friends, i wonder if prince knows that someday tigger will go too.. hais, it's quite sad to think of it ya? oh well, but we can't keep tigger. he will grow into a mid size or large size dog and we are staying in a HDB. it will be unfair for him.

so far.. he has been OK.. OK as in? i don't know. :D he can be a very cute and adorable pup at one time and a very annoying pup at another. he somehow enjoys nipping your leg or something, making you scream at him, he looks at you and wag his tail. ha, sounds kind of funny ya? but it's not always funny, especially when you are not in a good mood. :)

&& are puppies' appetite SO BIG that they never seem to go FAT? and make us look like we didn't feed them? hm..

tigger will be going for his 2nd vaccination on 27 march. so now he cannot go down or out of the house. poor thing ya? but he seems quite OK with it. other than crying for awhile after we(prince and I / family members) leave.

Little Tigger is our sweet and lovely 2 month plus orphaned brindle male pup. During a recent "clean up" raid he became separated from his mama and siblings and thankfully, escaped death by running in a different direction from the others. Fortunately for him, he ran towards a kind man who would later be his rescuer. The rescuer is not a dog lover per se but he felt sorry for the little pup as the gruesome operation took place, before his eyes and he took Tigger home, away from the authorities.

Hurray, Thank God,
.
Gracie Grace is back!!
.
Late late last night to early hours of this morning, a call came that a dog resembling Grace was spotted at Redhill. The saga came to an end with verification that it is indeed Grace and she still sports the blue collar and the joyous reunion it must have been for dear E and M who have relentlessly continued their search for her since she was lost.

We were not there to see their expressions but we can imagine the tremendous joy and relief, not just for our two wonderful guys but for all of you who have followed this case. The many who have helped in the search during the early days, passing on her "Lost" message, postings on forums, blogs, sites, making posters, pinning up at various locations, following leads, praying and upholding each other in comfort. Yes there were many out there rooting for Grace to be found, safe and alive.

As for us who are posting this blog, we never gave up that she was out there waiting. We kept her 'Lost' notice up every week, long when others had stopped because we felt it was important she does not become a memory lost in the many new updates or stories that flood in each day. We knew we had to keep her face imprinted fresh in our minds and blog in the hope that someone might copy and post or email to a friend of a friend of a friend.  And to our joy and relief, after 47 long days, Grace is finally back.

47 days of wondering if she had food to eat, 47 days of worry if she any water to drink and the extremely hot weather lately has not helped, 47 days of torturous 'what ifs?' haunt us now and again but we never gave up hope and continued to rally and pray and so the saga ends and everyone is happy again.

Thank you dear four kind strangers who spotted her and held on to her till help came. We do not know you nor your names but we thank you. You will always know that you helped a lost dog be found, helped her return to those who love her so and save her from a life of wandering and hunger and probably eventual death.

Grace is back at the place where she has been much missed and very much loved and there she will stay. She probaby has lots of stories to tell and a tale that would wow her canine friends but for us, all we can see is her happy tail and joyful barks.  She recognises her old friends and marvellously, thank God for keeping her safe, does not seem the worse for wear except tired and thinner than we last saw her.

And it goes to show that nothing is impossible if one has hope. We hope and pray that for those of you who have lost a pet and still waiting for their return, may Grace's return inspire and encourage you.
